SIGHT-PIPES® for CCTV/Sensors & Machine Vision |

These SIGHT-PIPE® systems use custom lens and illumination assemblies to maximize the Field of View for the system camera or sensor chip size to be used. Maximizing the field of view to the camera or sensor chip size produces the highest possible resolution for the part and system.
These systems are typically designed as an assembly that includes all the necessary components to bring an image to a monitor or into a vision system---adjustable illumination, focusing capability and easily replaceable and many times exchangeable SIGHT-PIPE® components. They can be mounted on one of our many modular designed stand assembly systems, used with a customer's existing stand or fixturing arrangement, or used with a stand assembly designed and built by an integrator or "in-house" personnel.
It may also be possible to start with a simpler SIGHT-PIPE® CCTV system and monitor to ease and improve the inspection process and then incorporate a vision or sensor system to further speed the inspection process and add additional inspections as time and product quality allow. More>
